A real marketplace where kids ages 9–13 launch real businesses, make real sales, and discover what entrepreneurship feels like.
What is this?
The Eastside Children's Business Fair is a community event where young entrepreneurs set up booths, pitch their businesses, and sell real products and services to real customers — right here in Issaquah.
Our first fair was held on August 21, 2026, and it was a huge success! We're already planning the next one — coming Summer 2027. Whether your kid has a passion for baking, crafting, art, or anything else, this will be their chance to experience what it really means to run a business.
Kids pitch, price, and sell — just like real entrepreneurs do.
Neighbors, families, and friends become your first paying customers.
Crafts, baked goods, services, art — all businesses count here.
The Process
Three simple steps from idea to entrepreneur.
When registration opens, apply with your business idea. Tell us what you're selling — products, services, crafts, anything goes!
Get your booth ready! Think through pricing, your display, and how you'll talk to customers. We'll send prep tips once you're registered.
Show up on fair day, set up your booth, and start selling! Meet fellow young entrepreneurs and make your first business memories.

🌟 What a Day!
On August 21, 2026, dozens of young entrepreneurs from across Issaquah Highlands set up booths, pitched their businesses, and made their first sales at our very first Eastside Children's Business Fair. Here's a look back at the day.
